From what I've read it appears to be very true. I hope someone can come here and tell me I'm wrong and that it's not as bad as it seems...

it makes sense, they say its because women are taking so much birth control they are pissing it back into the water supply

we know this has an affect because we piss large amount of caffeine into the water supply which disrupts the reproduction of fish

But on the flip side I'm not sure how much estrogen it is and if the filters are capable of cleaning it

Bottled water not even once. I always drink water in a glass bottle. If you want, you can drink from a vodka bottle to look like a madman in the gym.

Also, the less processed food, the better. If you can, eat veggies and fruits you yourself plant.
And always buy farm eggs. (don't know how it's called in english, but the darker ones, never the white ones)

Chicken and milk is a hard one, it's almost impossible to find raw milk, this shit always comes on a plastic bottle or an aluminium package, fucking sad.
