Can you tell me how it has affected your training/life personally?

If you have a genetic predisposition to hair loss it can make you lose hair. If not it shouldn't do anything

Did creatine for 3 years while wrestling. Huge gains in anaerobic endurance, faster recovery, still more hair than I know what to do with 6 years later.

Except you can't really know if you are not bald already lmao, sometimes it's random and that gene might be of a great great grandfather no one remembers.
Really not worth the risk unless you want to compete or some shit, I took creatine in high school and now I'm balding years later unrelated but whatever.

makes you a little stronger and helps you recover faster. also cheap as fuck. really no reason not to take it.
Best part of creatine imo is the DHT increase
DHT is whats responsible for non head hair growth and for the mental effects of testosterone on the brain.
Since ive started taking creatine my beard has started growing way faster, I need to shave every much more often, and I really felt more focused, calm and confident.
The minus is if im gonna bald its probably gonna speed that up... But mental gainz worth it
