Are BCAA supplements necessary for building muscle mass? I've read the sticky.

No, but I find they give me a bit of extra sustained energy at the gym for that last 15 minutes when the preworkout hype has faded
>>41473986
only three thing necessary for building muscle mass are:
>food
>lifting
>sleep
not necessary in this order

Nope, BCAA are only fine tuning.
Not even sure they work on me, so as a beginner just stick to your healthy food
also >>41474013 is absolutely right
>I've read the sticky
No you haven't. Read it again and again, until you have your answer.

Got some as a promotion for ordering from myprotein a while ago. They increased the amount of work I could do a little bit though I hear they are mostly useful for people cutting who need to be able to perform a little longer then their body would have allowed. Would recommend if you are cutting or willing shill out 10 bucks otherwise it's not necessary.

Before anyone asks for sauce, it's Anna Nyström
so you should take BCAA before, durring or after workout for best results?

Thank you

I can't quite put my finger on why, but as far as vapid instant-sluts go, this one does nothing for me. All the parts are there, she SHOULD be hot.. but no.
Granted she's hotter than anything I could pull irl - but online, meh?

IME it's only worth it as a pre workout if you're lifting fasted, as per IF.
