Hey /fit/ (long time viewer first time poster)
I have been working bench press for 6-7 months now and it's at 46kgs. Not including bar weight. Five sets of five reps. No spotter.
Is this respectable for this amount of training, included a picture of myself and I'm 82kg 5'4 if it helps.
It's not great, especially for someone with 5'4 manlet arms. That bar probably weighs around 5-10kg so you're not even at 60kg yet. Work harder. You should be able to bench your bodyweight for at least one rep by now.

you always include the bar in your lifts. standard bar weighs 20kg, so your total bench is at 66kg. that's just above 1pl8.
it's a bit low for someone who's been lifting for half a year, but it's not too bad, considering that you're repping it for pretty high volume (5x5).
your 3x5 bench is probably a fair bit better, and your 1 rep max might be as high as 90kg, maybe even more.
