deadlift w/ 4 plates = 180kg

some people disagree about whether it's for singles or for reps. the four standards are meant to be of approximately equal difficulty. (the deadlift standard is probably a little harder than the rest.)

No idea about overhead, but a woman benching 135 would be a little more difficult than a man benching 225. Probably comparable enough though, I guess full comparison would be closer to 125.
Squatting 225 for a woman is going to be as easy as squatting 315 for a man. Ditto for DLing 315 vs 405. The reason you see more of the latter and rarely see a woman squatting 2pl8 is because women don't lift. A DYEL man isn't going to squat 315 either. If you take a man who can squat 315, look at his diet/training and how long he's been doing it, then a woman doing the same could squat around 2pl8.

Men are by a huge factor stronger and faster than women. Now from a species as diverse as ours some women will be stronger than most men, but they will be weak when compared to the strongest of men.

An argument can also be made the strongest of men never get into weight lifting because of professional sports and the lure of money will lure the most athletic males into the more valuable sport. Women on the other hand have a much more limited set of professional sports add in the new age women and more women lift now than ever before.
