OP, go for a 50/50 mix of all bran original with all bran complete flakes. The micronutrient profiles complement each other well. I put one serving of each in my protein shake (blending it all) and it tastes good. The micro nutrient profile is way better than plain oatmeal. People who are against all cold cereal out if principle are being illogical. Most are terrible. This one is good.

That's not a healthy breakfast cereal.
2nd main ingredient is refined sugar, 6g/half-cup.
When will fatties l2 interpret ingredient labels and understand that processed foods that are advertised as "healthy", "heart-smart", "light", etc., are usually targeted at desperate fatties.
If you prefer cereal in the morning, eat oats.
If you're not getting enough fiber, take fiber supplements or, you know, eat more fibrous vegetables.
