Help me, /fit/, I'm in so much pain

I don't know what's wrong with my body. I have the sporting capabilities of a young male, but the fragility of an 80 year old. My body just hurts and clicks everywhere, I have

>knee & hip pain and constant clicking
>chest clicks
>extremely weak iliopsoas muscles (the one you feel when you "open the gates" during warm up, if that's what it's called) that any sudden movement can cause a strain
>severe back pain, low bone density
>constant cramping in calves and foot
>and now constant ankle clicks after trying JUST ONE intense session of badminton

Very poor health despite being very athletic. I now struggle with stairs and my GP isn't helping much. I can't even start lifting properly because of the pain (mainly back). I need some life changes that can help stop the pain, please /fit/?

I guess you just need to do more stretches/warmup exercises compared to regular folks and be more prudent with your limits instead of 'lifting through the pain'

Also, google some prehab/rehab exercises for the shit that hurts you the most.

As an anonymous with an internet symptom decoder doctorate, it sounds like you have an autoimmune issue caused by an intolerance or allergies to something you have cronic exposure to. Food is a common culprit.

A specialist I went to see also recommended stretching, for my knees, but can stretching really cure the pain I feel even when not engaged in exercise?
