My dude, do pplpplx or some other six day split. Unless you wanna be a powerlifter 3 day a week progressive overload shit will get you shitty progress. Honestly brosplits are better for aesthetics than those kinds of workouts. That isn't to say some people can't get aesthetic off them, but you aren't one of those people. The good: Delts are nice, good arms, and even good forearms. Traps are pretty decent, and your lats are wide. I'll assume your back is pretty good.

Was 94 kg after hand disease
Dropped 26 kg, now 72-74 after training. 176cm
I work min 12 hours a day and find it hard to keep a steady workout routine.

5'7", 140 lbs. Should I start cutting for abs or do I have more gains potential before I just get fat again? My 1-year mark is coming up soon too, so anything else that visibly needs work?

No gym so I only have bodyweight fitness, I'm following the reddit ( yeah yeah I know fuck off) recommend routine, if anyone has a better routine for bodyweight only pls share.

started lifting last summer (bodyweight and shit) when I was in Auchwitz mode (~120lbs/54kg) at the end of a 2.5 year road out of fatass mode, stress ate my way through winter because shitty job and moving out for the first time. not sure what you mean by "side abs" but someone told me to do leg raises instead of situps and it helped tremendously with sculpting abs. Bonus points if you have/can get ankle weights.
