I'll assume you meant canned fruit because that's the only one called out in the pic, and that's because a lot of can fruits are canned with some form of syrupy sugar water that basically ruins most of the nutritional value. Most canned veggies are fine though, as their preservative juice isn't quite so high fructose, though you'll want to rise and strain them before you cook them, or better yet just get fresh veggies.
