My chest gains and gains in general are pretty good and im happy about it. Ive gone off all the meme programs and started doing my own thing. I do high sets and high reps, im dead after a workout. Works like a charm.

heavy bench for low reps followed by high rep dips/ weighted dips has done a pretty good job for me.

bulking and and just pushing yourself hard trough a workout has worked pretty well for me.
I do tons of sets and then proceed to do a bunch of dropsets until i cant even move at the end of my workout.

My doctor said my back would never heal back in October. The disc bulge has stopped causing pain and I am becoming able to pick up heavier objects safely. I am pretty happy.
