I work a labour intensive job eh, where i burn an average of 3000 calories a day. Is there any hope for bulking or am I just gonna be skinny until I quit this job?

mate youre massively overestimating the amount of calories you are burning. high level strength athletes who weigh 300lb arent burning that much. this is pretty common among labours, they always think the stress on their body is way higher than it really is. is basically the "brick layer strength" myth

When I was in highschool we had rowing campd during school holidays where we ate 6-7 thousand calories a day. We were on the water rowing (one of the most physically intense exercises on the planet) for 4-6 hours a day, as well as runs and core exercises. There's no fucking way you BURN 6000 calories a day wandering around fucking roofs.
