The best looking swimmers at my uni (who are also the ones who represent my uni at competitions) all lift.

It doesnt hurt, when I flex my elbow my arm goes numb and reduced bloodflow because compressed nerve cant send a signal to the other end making it believe that I dont have a fucking arm and further weighted flexing will effectively kill my nerves which in part will make me look like a 3rd stage krokodil junkie with full blown forearm necrosis.

Competitive swimmers lift. They aren't powerlifters by any means, but water only provides so much resistance, so resistance training is needed to generate speed in the water once swim form is perfect

never base your opinions on elite athletes who are on steroids

How do you get that? Is there no treatment?
>>

Have you been to a doctor and asked about treatments and things you can do to help it? Just ignoring it doesn't really seem like the best option

Yes, there is a surgical procedure that relocates the nerve (which is on your elbow/funnybone) to your elbowpit in order to decompress it. But its really expensive though.

Nigga this is your health you're talking about. Even if you don't lift that's still something you need to get fixed.

no, it's a normal structure of a human body. when your triceps grows only then the symptoms appear. plus the surgery is very risky.
