I've been hitting the gym for about 3 months.
I'd like to know a few things about my body:
What's my body fat percentage? I used skin calipers which says 12% but I don't buy it.
I've been doing Kinobody's Warrior Routine. Should I look at some other programs?
Do I have gyno?

That is some of the most severe gyno i've seen anyone have within 3 months of lifting
what steroids did you use to get that gyno?

Any tips to drop the fat? I've plateaued even after counting calories. My weight is stuck at 157lbs for weeks now. I'm 5'8".
