however downward swings on the tire i go non stop quick paced at least 3 minutes right hand then left handed then over head (switching hands half way).

And i do have my normal weight routine on top of this.

little bit more endurance, but also more functional strength for work, tad bit more definition and just over all feeling good.

I mean that could be psychological more than actual results, but i am losing a bit more weight, even going over my plateau i was at.
