I want to start some kind of log, where i show my day to day transformation i guess but have a few questions.
Mainly, i saw, a few years back, this like infographic of how to gain fitness, through running every day in like 2 minute bursts and i havent seen it since and was wondering if anyone has it.
I play video games a lot and longboard as my primary means of travel, would you consider skateboarding as a legitimate form of cardio?

i live in a pretty hilly area so its cruisy downhill but harder uphill obv.
i wear a fair bit of loose and big clothing but yeah i agree.
Havent eaten meat, or as much fatty foods for a number of months at this point, so im getting there (in before: reeee vegetarian is bad)

whats a good idea for weightlifting on the wages of a poor student? theres a few gyms in my area but im poor lmao (i may have to compare costs)

Much appreciated, im not sure how accurate but tdeecalculator said i need 2,418 calories/day.
Next is to work out how i measure that.
