Multi-ply can add a fuckton of weight, but it depends on the lift as well as the strength and skill of the person using the equipment. Blaine Sumner's best EQ total was ~2800, but his best raw total is ~2200. So averaged out, he got 200 lbs per lift, and that was only single ply. However, the deadlift gets the least out of equipment, so it wasn't as helped as squat and bench. Pic related. His raw stats are a bit out of date since he has done equipped to work around his various injuries, but it added a fuckton. Multi-ply would definitely add more than ~150 lbs.

Well the best in single ply gear adds about 50kg to my squat and bench and half that to my deadlift. But this is because I'm a weak shit lifter. The stronger you are, the more it adds.

Second, since multi ply isn't real powerlifting, they don't lift to the proper rules which inflates their numbers far more than just the equipment alone. So that distorts calculating how much multiply adds. But I know of single ply benchers who lift 100kg more in equipment, largely becuase they never train raw heavy.

Every Sheiko layout has MORE volume of assistance work than of the competition lifts. Tons of variation and many assistance lifts appear only a couple of times a month, depending on the program.
