My lifts have gone up, yeah. My bench for example was in top pic like 70x5, now its 90x5, getting close to that 100kg.
My ohp and squat have also improved.

I guess there has been some progress, just more strenght wise.

Eating about 500 calories over tdee, sometimes over that but I'm trying to be more precise on that.

I've been doing the exact same thing (every day, 2-3 hours a day) since March 16th and made quite a lot of progress.
I do take creatine and BCAA though and I used to be in shape before uni hit me and I stopped eating/sleeping and started drinking/eating junk.

when i started getting more serious i did each lift once a week 5x5, on their own days with accessories. If i were you i'd follow a 'template' of sorts (kind of like my lower/upper/full) - do the main lifts at whatever set/rep scheme you like, but play around with accessories and isolation - see what works for u

Several months ago I was 180 lbs lean but got reactive arthritis. Was in bed for a month straight but recovering now and able to work landscaping again. The problem is some joints cannot fully extend. I'm lucky to have a physical job, but i want to bulk up more (going for bearmode eventually). How do i get bigger without hurting myself?

thanks bro, for abs basically all i do is really heavy and exhausting squats. i also habitually (near constantly lmao) flex my core under my shirt in different ways, some vacuum, or like in the OP where I'm focusing more on obliques. I think the latter movement positions my belt most aesthetically. It's definitely most about leanness though

Can anon give me some advice on cutting BF. I lift heavy 5x per week isolating muscle groups during workouts and trying to workout to failure each time. Basically I just exhausted the hell out of one or two muscle groups every time I lift. I do cardio for at least 20-30 minutes at 85% intensity on days I lift and 45-60 minutes on days I don't. I've been sitting around 200 lbs at 5'10. I went from 265 in Nov and now I'm just sitting here. I haven't really changed my diet except I allow myself more carbs here and there from protein bars. Standard daily intake would be apple, most fat free turkey, chicken deli meat slices throughout the day if hungry no more than 3-4 slices, protein bar before gym, protein shake after gym with water, chicken breast with seasoning, baked, with one cup of broccoli, brussel sprouts or green beans and a 1/4 pint of halo top if i'm dying of a sweet tooth. Only thing else is I allow myself at most 2 12 ounce cans of diet coke throughout the day or i'll fall asleep. Am I at a plateau? Am I overeating? Am I gaining muscle from higher intensity lifts now and replacing fat so I'm not seeing as big of a drop in weight as when I was dieting and doing full body work outs to maintain LBM? Am I a retard autist who's dreaming about adding muscle mass and losing fat? I think this is the first time I've ever seen any defintion in my abs too, but I could be dreaming. No pic because my stretch marks make me a fucking abomination.

op here. if you still think you're losing weight just keep going. if it doesn't work just eat slightly less of something that isn't protein or look into fasting. of course you can add muscle mass and lose weight, it seems like your routine is unnecessarily extensive though
