I have a PT test for a Police Department coming up Thursday the 18th. I'm a 29 year old dude whos been lifting and doing jiu-jitsu most of my life. I need some advice in order to maximize my chances of crushing this test. These are the standards I have to meet:
29 Push ups
38 Bent knee sit ups in 1 minute or less
1.5 mile run in 12:38 or less
The push ups are no problem whatsoever. I can drop and do 40-50 no problem. The sit ups I am just BARELY passing. I can do sets of 60 or so sit ups no problem but doing it in 1 minute or less is a problem. My form goes to shit and I feel like I am just throwing myself around.
The 1.5 mile run I also just BARELY made. I ran it yesterday and did it in 12:19.
I am scared /fit. How can I train my weak points to dominate this test before the 18th?

It is graded so that my shoulder blades need to touch the ground and my elbows need to pass my knees in the bent position. Its atrocious form but that's what they require so I have to do it. No way to half ass that

This is false. Most people interviewing won't make it past the physical test. At that point, you just need to have a good interview.
