>Overhead Triceps Ext- 4x12
Progression scheme: add 5/10lbs to upper/lower body lifts every week, reset by 15lbs when stalling.

I run the strength/hypertrophy. I love it desu. Mix up a few exercises every couple of months too.

Yes, probably. He's a manlet (170cm) and his upper body does not look so impressive...
Everything except my bench progressed nicely on it
Don't think it lets you practise sumo deadlift safely
