lots of water and rub aloe on your skin
if you live somewhere where aloe grows you can probably find it in the vegetable section of a grocery store. rub the gel from inside the plant onto skin.
If you cannot get actual aloe just get some aloe-gel
aloe will sooth your sunburn and prevent your skin from flaking off

I took a very long shower and put on plenty of moisturiser (with aloe vera in it). My skin isn't flaky aside from the shits I have very minimal side effects left. I always tend to have diahorrea for 2 days after sunburn regardless of post-hydration and skin care.
I think I'm just more suscepitble to it.

Water fast a few days. Aloe vera.

Next time don't spend more than 7-10 minutes each side under sound. Buy a boonie to cover your face, which gets plenty of sun exposure.
