How the fuck do people even get results off Push - Pull - Legs?

With PxPxL 3 days a week you're not getting enough frequency, literally hitting each muscle group only 4 times in a fucking month even though we know protein synthesis is 48 hours tops.

If you choose to do PPLPPLx, thats 6 days a week you're in the gym. You're recovery goes to shit and your joints get fucked.

Please explain cuz it seems like it's just complete shit way to train, for naturals at least.
>>
It doesn't even seem any better than even brosplits
>>
Optimal frequency is twice in 8 days. So Just Go with PPLxPPLx. You can spread the volume across the days to Not overtrain

>Optimal frequency is twice in 8 days
this is absurd and wrong. you don't need 4 days to recover.
>>
>>41427332
because you do PPL twice a week to get results

You run the split up to 2.333 times a week you dunce-cap.
It's not ideal for powerbuilding programs but running high intervals and preventing injury while narrowing on bodybuilding/strength goals would be in the niche where PPL works best. It's for intermediate lifters which you are clearly not.
>>
>>41427698

You don't reach full strength again for four days after training.
>>
>having a routine
That's how I know you are all beginners
>>
>>41427698
Lies, try running a routine that is actually difficult on recovery like Sheiko before making stupid comments
>>
>>41427332
PPLXPPLX is hoe I do it. 8 day cycle doesn't work for everyone though
>>
>>41428860
I'm an advanced lifter and I do fullbody workouts exclusively. There are plenty of people who are advanced who train fullbody
>>
PPL is 6x a week.
>>
>>41428860
6 days in the gym as a natural is completely unnecessary tho
>>
>>41429163
How is it that people add weight or reps in the next workout then if it takes 4 days for them to fully recover
>>
>>41429858
What you do in those 6 days can easily be condensed to 3
>>
>>41427332
I do PPLPPLx, but the first three are high weight low volume and the second three are low weight pump routines that function almost as a feeder workout.
>>
>>41427332
do upper/lower 4x a week. who the fuck has enough time to spend 6 days a week in the gym?
