Keto friendly
Cloud bread
It's a staple. I make it and put it in a baggy. It's better after sitting in the cupboard for a few hours. Has a slight egg taste, but it's good.
Add some vanilla extract, stevia, and cinnamon for something sweet

Quesadillas are pretty basic
I like them with black beans, corn, and any cheese I have on hand.
It's an easy meal, or snack. Depending on your calorie intake goal

This one is pretty self explanatory
Mix the banana, eggs, and cinnamon together. Pour, cook like a normal pancake.
Better than plain ones by far
Sometimes I add some vanilla extract
This might seem like a dumb question but what can I eat frequently that's simple like broccoli? I fucking love broccoli (thanks mom) but variety must be good.
Also is there a reason people stick to rice instead of pasta like noodles? I usually switch between rice variants (spanish rice, brown wheat rice, etc) and rotini noodles with my chicken but I don't see many people eating anything but rice

Rice tends to go with more foods.
Try substituting rice for cauliflower rice if you are cutting. It's pretty good.
You can also try zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash rather than plain pasta
But carrots, peppers, onions, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower are all my staples. I eat them constantly.

>cauliflower rice
Seems cauliflower is pretty versatile.
Reminds me, am I an idiot for trying to do rice and beans for a cheap vegetable protein? I've occasionally tried to be "vegan" for short stints, but I'm never in the mood to commit long term.
Though, I've started sprouting garbanzo beans.
Have any of you tried sopa de macaco? Is it good for gainz or just a meme?
How bad is picrelated to eat if I'm skelley?
Sometimes I just get the craving and buy a box and eat it all

I add cocoa myself.
