for all the fit anons who dont like cottage cheese but need it in their diet ... i just found a new trick.

get your container of cottage cheese and get a big drainer.

pour the whole container of cottage cheese in the drainer.

open cold water over the drainer which conatins the cottage cheese. rinse them well till all you have are the little white curdles of cheese.

rinse your container, and pour back all of the curdles from the drainer into the container.

get some olive oil and fill it to the top till it covers your cottage cheese.

when you want to eat it remove a ezekiel toast bread, drain the oil from the amount of cottage cheese you want to use put and put the curdles of cheese on the bread. put a pinch of salt and tada!

Or I could eat literally any other type of cheese

>>

>>41419423
To me it taste just plain so I have to add something tart to it usually grapes. Sure it's sugar but it's still a pretty good snack.
>>
>>41419520
Using cottage cheese and oil is fine but CC's advantage is the low fat stuff has a great calorie:protein ratio which oil obviously fucks.

Try this.

Sweet: tbsp olive oil + sugar + cinnamon
Pour that on top of some CC
Good for fruit salad, oats, desert baked goods

Savory: learn how to make vinaigrettes and add some to your CC
>>
>>41419558
add salt
>>
>>41419540
tub of cottage cheese a day:
cal: 720
f: 30
c: 30
p: 78
>>
>>41419592
oh the oil is used to preserve it. not for you to eat. when you drain it from the oil before you eat it adds the olive taste
>>
>>41419617
You remind me of people that blot pepperoni pizza with paper towel.
>>
>>41419664
i squeeze the pizza so all that extra fat juice comes out

92g protein

>>
Alright, here's something simple to make cottage cheese taste good. Mix it with maple syrup, just enough to turn it beige. It will taste just like cheesecake. Bonus points for mixing some Graham cracker crumbs with melted butter to make a crust.
It will still have the consistency of cottage cheese, though.
>>
>>41419966
nigga are you dieting or are you 500 pounds ?

>butter
>maple syrup
>cracker crumbs
>>
>>41419985
I think you're implying portion sizes vastly greater than I'm suggesting. Anyway, it's not something I'm suggesting to be done constantly, I only tried it once and was decently surprised.
>>
>>41420041
i see, pardon me mate.
>>
>>41419958
>41419738
"non-fat"

go read about what that really means cuck fuck
>>
>>41420096
I don't really eat the nonfat version, just saying it's a lower calorie alternative.

nice assumption, though
>>
>>41420096

toccad guy here, what does the non-fat shit mean?

Is cottage cheese good for cutting? I could eat a can or 2 every day but it's hard to believe because it tastes so good. Or is it a bulking agent?
>>
cottage cheese is delicious but what you want is KETCHUP my strong female character
>>
>>41419602
No add pepper. I grew up with cottage cheese and never heard of salt in it. I've seen people use jelly but I'm not suggesting that unless you're bulking.
>>
>>41419370
I wish we could find quark here in the US, it's like a tasty cottage cheese with a fraction of the salt. It's awesome
>>
>>41419220
Huh. I eat mine with half a pear, half a peach, and some raspberries.
>>
>>41420451
Answer this.

And if you really feel like helping a fat guy today. Can you build me a daily meal plan based on cottage cheese Greek yogurt eggs tuna fish water and some other cheap shit I don't have to cook. I need to lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks

>2x snack cups (no sugar added) of diced pears or peaches

Simple, cold, refreshing and delicious
