I can only workout 30-40 mins a day but can do 6 days a week. Whats the best routine for this?

My work requires me for 12 hours and when I go to the nearest gym, it closes in 30 mins

Thats what Im doing. I start with 2 sets of heavy 5 then 8 then 12.

I rarely fit accesories though. For example in chest day I just do flat, incline and if im lucky I can finish my dips

Do Slavic Swole Bulgarian-style training.

If you're an advanced lifter, Bulgarian Light. If you're a novice, do a PPL. I usually do not like PPL splits but it's all you've got to work with

yea dude just do a ppl with bang for your buck compound movements and super sets to quickly get it done

this is not ideal but you could try this

Push: Bench 4x5 ss lat raise 4x12
incline 3x8 ss db extensions 3x10
dips 3x12 ss push ups 3xf

pull
wgt chin ups 4x6 ss rear delt flies 4x12
cable row 3x8 ss face pull 3x10
straight arm pulldown 3x12 ss cable shrugs 3x8
lower back 3x20 or pull ups to failure idk

legs (gonna be most challenging to do quickly)
squat 4x5 (skip leg press it takes time to put on all those plates) ss crunches 4x20
leg exensions 4x12 ss leg curls 4x12
calf raises and abs 3x10

best to go to a 24 hour gym 10 min away, that isnt even that bad. my gym is like that far away
