It really depends on the person and their reaction to stimulants.

Some people can blast and cruise caffeine like Chad Stimcock and live a perfectly productive life. Others get insomnia, anxiety, paranoia, and a whole laundry list of other issues.

I used caffeine heavily for a very long time and got off it in about 3 days with mild head aches
