Whenever I do push ups I get a sharp pain in my wrists after about 10-15 of them.
Has anybody had a similar problem, if so how did you guys fix it?

Just do em with your fists or with your fingers instead, should put less pressure on your wrist?

I have the same issue sometimes. It's about alignment. Line your wrists up so that most of the force isn't directly on the joint
Like the first post said, down them on your fists. If you have some dumbbells, use them like push-ups bars.

I'll try with the dumbbells, thanks anons.
Go to a physiotherapist for a few sessions. Its because some of the bones are touching in your hand. Your wrists will feel as good as new after the first bit of mobilising he/she does
