But, it's IMPERATIVE that they also receive psychotherapy and counseling before, during and after the surgery, because you'll still want to eat as much, you just won't be able to.

I was working a physical labour job at the time, so I'd just eat a small breakfast (forsaking my gains, I know, but I was desperate) then walk to site.
