hey /fit/ i'm trying to loose weight. Is there any filling diet recipes you can spare? My routine is a mile on the tredmill (maybe more if im cocky) a day, light snacks like rice cakes ect, nothing else to drink but water and only really eating big breakfast and medium dinner. So far i went from 200 to 198 as of yesterday. But the problem is the diet foods im eating while tastey arent filling me up to where i can ignore it. pic unrelated

Veggies. Steamed, or raw.
If you must have some sort of dip, getchoo some unflavored greek yogurt and ranch mix powder.

Also, just accept this now, weight loss is measured in weeks /months, not days. Your weight will go up and down daily, but over the course of several weeks is when you'll start seeing trends emerge.

Rice cakes are gay as shit don't eat them.
Eat pocket eggs and boiled cabbage and pickles.

Also, put salsa in there. Unflavored greek yogurt + powdered ranch dip mix + salsa = OMG seriously you guys.

Lean meats, poultry(white meat), fish, lean beef etc. You also need more fiber if you're not feeling full eat steamed/boiled broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.

Pork, chicken, tuna, vegetables, rice.
Cook your chicken at 450 degrees for 20 min, makes the juiciest chicken ever. And theres those steam frresh veggies that you put in your microwave and they are A-1 and easy as hell to make
the protein foods are good for this, but also things like potatoes, avocados, and like fruit. not berries so much as like apples and peaches and bananas

Here's what I do.
Breakfast:
>Oats
>All the fruit I need to feel full, usually one banana or one apple
Snacks:
>Raw veggies OR one (1) nature valley bar
Lunch:
>One serving of pasta (actually use the serving size on the box instead of eyeballing it)
>One serving of pasta sauce (again, use the right serving size)
Snacks:
>A banana or a grapefruit half
Dinner:
>Chicken breast
>Veggies
>Quinoa
Follow the serving sizes on the box! Don't eat more than is suggested.
