What's the most efficient way of dissolving protein powder in milk? I've been using a mixer-thing, but it's very inefficient.
pls halp, am noob
Never put the powder in first.
Get a blender bottle. They have a little metal wire ball thing in them. Shake it like you're jerking off for England. Works fine.

Electric blender is easy mode.
If you want, keep using your mixer-cup but use half a scoop and then shake the shit out of it.
It shouldn't get all super clumpy.
Repeat this nine more times to reach the optimal 5 scoops.

I've found that even if you just use a spoon you can stir it into milk as long as you sort of tap the scoop cap to put in very little at a time while you mix constantly. It takes a painful amount of time compared to just dumping it in and stirring or shaking, but from my experience it's very smooth and well spread out.
Use warm milk. Mix it and then cool it down.
Recently I started making milkshakes with protein, milk and fresh fruit. I just dump it all in my blender.
Shit's pretty cash. A banana plus vanilla whey and a cup of milk tastes like sex feels. Same thing substituting the banana for some strawberries and you go even sweeter. It's good. I'm salivating, goddamn cut.
Milk is a colloid solution composed mostly of water which isn't bad for this job, but it sometimes has trouble dissolving some brands of whey. I'd recommend mixing it with a natural serum containing both a bulbourethral and a prostatic fluid. There is a commonly available super-food mix that contains about 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc. I know it sounds like a random bunch of chemicals but it's natural and best served unprocessed.
fill ut up halfway first and blend it with a spoon, have you retards never made any sort of food in your entire lives?
