does anyone else do heavy dumbbell training? ive enver seen anyone else do it besides eric boogeyman.

how much can u db snatch or db clean and jerk? (single arm)

My one arm snatch is 40 kg, One arm clean and press 40 kg, One arm clean and push press 45 kg and circus press 50 kg

i dont do the snatch often, sometimes I felt a bit unsure (probably also the reason why eric is progressing cautiously on them). I think a big difference of dumbbell clean and presses is that theres not much space for explosion in the clean (as in regular clean), allowing only for muscle cleans.

one arm snatch is 50kg (never went beyond fearing some stupid injury doing meme lifts)
same for clean and press
I just use that load and do some sets of singles whenever I feel like it at the end of a workout
