Which ones does /fit/ do, for how much weight and how many reps?

Did kroc rows but I maxed out with the dumbbels in my gym. Gonna start doing meadows rows or maybe one arm t-bar rows next week. Probably gonna be fun.

if you're worried about that, just do both.

personally, I use overhand on barbell rows and neutral grip (narrow and wide) on cable rows.

Pendlay rows (medium and snatch grip (with snatch I try to keep it really strict)). Managed regular grip 105 kg 3x8 and snatch 95x10. I also started doing T-bar rows 50 kg 3x12 with two handles like in the video below, I hope to reach 90 kg on these as I use 10 kg plates.

Guys, speaking about barbell rowing, what is the best way to achieve back thickness but also decent strenght gains?

I've found out that parallel barbell rows are goat for working the lats, but do jackshit for strenght if you are keeping serious form and not an exeptional cunt.
Cable Rows are awesome because of not having to use hips/lower back/legs for stabilizing but even if you can row 120kg it doesn't transition to other rows/exercises.

Now, what is the best way to work lats but also make good strenght gains? Bent over row pulling to the hips?

properly done seated cable rows, or even barbell rows or t-bar rows, should transfer to other exercises.

Pick a weight you can't row strict and cheat row it. Now you know the movement.

Probably.
Alternatively you can do as many strict reps as you can with your heaviest dumbbell, and then start cheating when you can't do anymore.

Bent rows mostly, now. I used to do kroc rows, but I got to the point where I was hitting 75kg for 20 and realised that they weren't doing as my much for my back gains as I'd have liked.

I do pendlay and high rep db rows. I also do sitting cable rows, reverse sitting cable rows, and t-bar rows. I use low weight tho, I'll do at least 6 sets of 20. For instance, db rows, I'll use 65 lbs but do 6 sets of 25.
