Start on either phraks glsp (3 day/week), candito lp (4 day/week), reddit ppl (6 day/week), whatever fits better your schedule. Be consistent and put out max effort every time you hit the gym - this is the most important.
Eat less food while eating way more protein, (like 1.3g per kg of bodyweight).
