Get plain greek yogurt, store brand. Mix in a scoop of whey blend or sliced fruit. Anything else is just an excuse to eat sugar.

Dannon Greek (not oikos). Coconut Vanilla and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors. Shit's cheap, delicious, low calorie with 12g protein.

Love those, they are very sweet so I mix it with a cup of plain non-fat greek and top with berries. I eat that just about every day as a mid-afternoon meal.
