Yesterday I drank 2 scoops of whey. Without any milk.
I take 3 scoops of prework orally, without water.
Last week I finished a huge set, curling 40 pounds my new rep weight, and I only rested for 10 minutes.
I meet all my macros with only scoops
i go to the gym only to use the treadmill
