im quite weak
tryin to change that
>>41379932
well, at least you're making some progress
>>41379180

i should mention that im a poorfag and eating a protein surplus is expensive. ive used protein powder and creatine in the past but due to its adverse health effects, i've stopped. should i pick it back up or something if my progress is that bad?

How much are you eating
>>41380365
If you're gaining weight, you don't need that much protein. 1.5g per kg of bodyweight is more than sufficient.
On a surplus, that works out to 15-20% of your calories from protein. If you eat meat and dairy and/or eggs, that's extremely easy to hit.

you could be fatter than he is, you know.
>>41380365
Protein powder and other supplements are never required.
>>41380702
1500-2000 cal a day which i know isn't enough
diet rn is mostly composed of rice and chicken/beef
i'll try to pack more in for breakfast to start hitting 2500+

you are correct but is it not a better alternative regarding cost and efficiency?
>>41381475
It can be, the only thing that I don't like about protein powders is that they don't contain much else where as whole foods have vitamins and other macros available. It is an easy way to get protein in but getting it through whole foods should always be the preferred method.
You've been lifting for five months and you can only deadlift 1pl8? Are you a woman with some sort of disease?
>>41381600
dude he's 120 lbs. Clearly he started pretty fuckin weak.
