I do, more lower down than in your pic and doctors were scared it would fuck with my heart but apparently I'm ok because my heart is more to the left than most people which although is good I was pissed cos it means they won't fix my chest for free as it counts as "cosmetic"

Its basically the reason why I started lifting desu to try cover it up or at least get a decent body to make up for it

Got that crap too and never even considered getting it fixed, just kinda lived with it. Im 33 now and its not very severe, but it does constrict my lungs and heart a bit. Its still very annoying as i cant go all out and fatigue faster.

slight pectus carinatum here. used to be pretty serious but nowadays it's barely noticeable (just sorted itself out). my brother has a pretty bad case and it's 100x worse than your fucking pectus excavatum. that shit in your pic is actually pretty aesthetic, I'd have killed to look like that back then.
Also like 1 in 10 people have some degree of PE and bitch about it but people are used to seeing that shit. If you have PC people will literally be scared/disgusted every time you take off your shirt.
