83kg / 182 lbs

Currenty at minus 500 kcal in Ketosis trying to get to 76-78kg / 172lbs.
Aiming at ~1650 kcal per day.

I lifted for about a year from 2014-2015. Felt amazing, I loved it.

Then I quit due to stress, university, laziness.

Also got ridiculed by family for "homoerotic douchebag" gym and told by GF that I was "getting fat" while bulking.

She left me a month ago, after 5 years.

Fuck all these toxic people, I'm moving the FUCK away from here and started hitting the gym again, 5x5 SL.
Also bought a rack, oly bar and weight. It arrived next week.

I have no objective view on how I look.
Am I overweight or just skinnyfat?

Do I need to lose more weight before bulking with Stronglifts? Or should I train with maintenance in the beginning?
All I hear in my head are these voices telling me I'm a fatass.

Nothin man. I just have a pretty gnarly diet and regimen. I live a super lame/boring life and im miserable 24/7 from the reduced cals. I don't drink any booze, I only eat chicken/eggs/potatoes, and my life kinda sucks. I struggle with injuries all the time, my recovery is awful, and literally every single gym session is a mental marathon to get through. No accessories, no energy to do them, I just do the big compounds and go home. Even then, it's a huge slog and I have to force myself to do it everyday. I just do the three compounds and then head home to play video games so I don't have to eat.

Doing my 10 working sets of deadlifts takes me more than a full hour, most of which involve me basically staring at a wall and mentally yelling at myself, looking at pictures of my ex, and working up the intensity to do one more set.
