I have four. Normally an extra meal between lunch and dinner thats basically lots of calories in a small size.

For overall health, generally the less the better
One meal a day is great whilst cutting desu.
Any less than 3 is objectively bad for you because you are spiking your blood sugar and then letting it crash. That is how you get diabetes.
I personally have 3 like a normal American and russel up a 4th right before bed.
