How can I ensure I get enough protein as a vegetarian? I don't

How can I ensure I get enough protein as a vegetarian? I don't wanna lose my gains but I also don't wanna overeat because I'm worried about protein

It's actually not that hard to get enough protein as a vegetarian. I did that for over a year and still made gains.
A vegan on the other hand... nah, don't go there

Houmous is full of protein. Makes perfect dip for carrots, peppers, hard boiled eggs etc.
