1.) Stop being a fat fucking faggot

2.) Try isolating the flavor you like. For example, I really like the fudgy taste of brownies. However, brownies will fuck your shit up and make you fat. Lower calorie (and not as good, but good enough) versions of most sweets exist. They have these brownie batter chip things at the grocery store that have the decadent taste but come in very small pieces. 120 calories for 10 pieces of a respectable size. Hits the craving without ruining your day.

3.) Try cutting back slowly on sugar. Im not a faggot who is gonna say no sugar no fun when cutting, but if it is a huge deal for you, "resetting" your tastebuds to sugar can help alot. Just take your time with it, and see if it works for you. I learned to enjoy fruit by doing this, which was impossible before when I was addicted to sugar.

What worked for me back in the day was having some sweets, but rationing them out for a whole week and putting them somewhere I couldn't easily get. Like, I'd usually just put all this stuff near my desk for easy access, but with sweets, I'd put it fuck knows where in the very back of a shelf. You have to make a much more concious effort to get up, go to another room and rummage through a shelf instead of just taking something on your desk.

Are you sure your scales are working properly? I have a tiled floor in my bathroom and whenever I was used my old scales, whenever one of their corners was on one of those gaps or on a carpet or something, you'd get wildly different results. Im not fat but i figured id share some experience in here. I do occasionally run dnp, 7 days of 250 a day followed by 7 of 500. This is my 3rd run through and i recommend to anyone to do lowcarb/keto. In the winters, i ate normal and could walk outside when i felt overheated, but now thats its warm i decided to do low carb. Much less intense heat side effects, almost just feels like an intense OTC therm.

This website. It takes preparation and practice. Everyone gets painful headaches when they don't eat, it takes a couple of days for that to go away. In my case, those were gone by day 3 or 4. Your brain is just "angry" that it's getting no glucose (or glycogen? can't remember). Eventually, it gets nourishment from fatty acids once you go into ketosis.


As for the prep and practice, do a LOT of research. You have to be as mentally prepared for this as the physical. Tell yourself "this IS what I'm doing, for real". You need to actually be content with fasting before you fast. To prepare physically, spend a day or two eating just soft foods. Yogurt, fruits, veggie soups, broths. You can jump into a multiple day fast or just do one day and move up to longer and longer fasts. Even the one day fast will be painful as fuck, but you can't let that "scare" you or deter you. It happens to everybody.

i slept like shit yesterday, woke up at 1 am and tried to fall asleep again with no success. Around 4 am i decided to start my day early and do a bunch of chores, i did laundry, the dishes and some cleaning around the house.

Just finished uni for summer and I go back in the middle of September. My plan is to get into much better shape for going back, and seeing as I have fuck all to do for the next few months I might as well. Last summer was spent drinking and playing video games so this is a bit of a change. The problem with calories/arbitrary weight being written on the box instead of calories/100 g is not that calculating it is hard, but that humans are prone to both numerical errors, and to mistaking "kcals/serving" for "kcals/100 g". There is no such thing as a serving anyway, I'm pretty sure they didn't measure how much ice cream the average person eats in one sitting (not that that would be any more useful), they just chose 70 g so that they could write a smaller number on the box than if they had chosen 100 g. Kcals/serving only makes sense when the serving means the whole box, like if you buy a box of salty sticks that weighs 120 grams. I've been doing 18:6 fasting for nearly 3 months now.

I've lost 48 lbs by eating 1k-1.3k calories per day and eating approx between 2pm and 8pm. I always make sure to eat at least 100g of protein.

I started lifting 4 weeks ago, but had an injury after week two which meant I had to take week three off. I got back to lifting on Saturday, and last night I hit lmao1pl8 bench. It felt SO fucking amazing to see those 45lb plates on either side of the bar and knowing I lifted it. I might have had a second rep in me, but I wasn't very confident in my wife's spotting ability since she weighs less than the weight I was putting up.

I'm now considering an extended water fast, as intermittent fasting has worked very well, hasn't been difficult, and I've been eating very clean. I still have about 100lbs to lose. My band recently got back together after like 7 years and have a show at a huge venue at the end of June and I want to be in the best shape possible.

Who else is feeling great today and accomplishing goals like a mother fucker?

You're consuming 1k per day and burning more off.

You can do this for a while, but it is not sustainable at your weight. If you were 300+lbs like I was, you could do this for quite a while, but eventually you're probably going to feel like shit.

DO NOT BINGE when you start to feel like shit. It will take so much willpower. Don't do it. Realize that you've been overdoing it, then SLOWLY (over like two weeks) increase your caloric intake until you start to feel better. Yes, this means you might still feel like shit for a week, but it's better than binging and destroying your progress.

You need to change your lifestyle, otherwise you're just going to get to your goal weight, slack off, and gain all the weight back.

Two more things:
Much of the weight you lost that first weigh in was water weight. Don't expect consistent results like that, especially at your weight.

am 160lbs now, I'm thinner (especially in the face), leaner (still lift), I feel better and sleep better

had immunization booster shots last month, my BMI is ideal, had bloodwork done, the doctor's review of my metabolic panel was simply: "looks great"

I lift (though strength has diminished), I still do cardio (with zero food), I can still go to work and think just fine

that a person needs to eat food every few hours is one of the biggest myths people collectively believe

I work for the forest service and have a decently demanding physical labor job building a repair campgrounds (chainsawing, axe work, shoveling/raking/sledgehammering and general carrying heavy objects, as well as walking a fair amount), but I don't have much time to actually go to the gym.

I should try to do more cardio on my off time, but the main problem is that I have such a hard time with binge eating/eating clean that I simply plateau. I have a large, built frame from working outside and I'm pretty strong, but then a fat-ass belly/face that always depresses me.

My struggle is like 90% mental, but it's hard to overcome. Makes me mad that I'm completely aware of the problem, but I can't bring myself to do anything about it.

A mcdonalds item always has more calories than what I made myself. I only use three items anyway: quarterpounder, salad, and hotcakes and syrup. Why? Because it is easy to use them.
