Probably a little over one. Weird thing is I look like I should be able to do a lot more than that. But I'm just lean.

I don't run, but I do brisk/powerwalking of 4ish miles a day

at my best I could run a bit more than 6 miles, and was and still technically obese. I think my knees are gonna be dead in 20 years

I did 11 a week ago. Most was 14 I think 6 years ago.

most i've ever done at once is about 12, but that was years ago and took me almost 2 hours. more recently, i did about 5 on a treadmill after not running at all for a while. i've been trying to get back into it but it's so boring.
