I used a buddy's vyvance and also some concerta54 to lose weight during exams and get straight As. Never had any of that, but did get twitches and if anyone ever touched me without me seeing that they were gonna touch me (eg. tap my back to get my attention) I'd jump a little bit.

I get angry and confrontational a little bit as soon as I stop moving. While I'm on it at work (construction) I get a boost of energy and my motivation goes way up. But when I got home I was in the shower and I seemed to get flooded with these angry and depressed emotions for no reason

Well, I have taken ephedrine too. To me, it sounds like you're taking too much, I mean it is your body's fight-or-flight signalling chemical, only makes sense you may end up a tad aggressive. The anger and depression after work is just the crash, it's normal, have a beer or listen to some relaxing music, it passes.

this is partially because the stims, reduced sleep, and reduced food (just guessing on the second two) cause your body to stay in "fight or flight mode" all the time.
If you start to get paranoid to the point where it disrupts your day then stop taking the stims for a few days because you probably need to catch up on sleep. It can also mean you are having a manic/psychotic break but all these are anyway is your body overcompensating because your body needs sleep or food.

just saw you get angry, the stimulants alone will lead to an increase in nor-epinephrine, adrenaline, and nor-adrenaline this seems to be what puts you body in a constant state of "fight or flight"
