Almond flour bread/keto recipes

a 16oz bag is around $8-10. Thats preety expensive but it will last a while and you can make a good amount with it. I also plan to mix some flax into it aswell. if your looking for a cheaper alternative i think coconut flour is around $4-5 per bag but less nutritous, you can prob make bread out of that aswell.

I make pizza crust with the following recipe:
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Add extra almond flour or egg substitute until desired consistency is obtained.

Mix ingredients and roll out crust between two pieces of oiled parchment paper. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. Add sauce and toppings. Bake for another 5-7 minutes.

My rough estimate is ~650 calories + toppings total. It usually makes 4 decent size servings. However, I recommend calculating the calories when following the recipe.

Whatever you like on regular pizza that is low carb. I make the pizza to get rid of stuff in my fridge that will go bad soon. I usually use unsweetened pizza sauce or a white pasta sauce. Then add cheese and whatever meat and low carb vegetables I have in the fridge.

Keto quick breads always look good and taste terrible. Get low carb wraps like Flat Out or Josephs lavish wrap.

Are those Thin Slim or Great Low Carb bread Company worth their salt and shipping costs? Been on keto for a little more than a month, so I'm curious of getting the taste of bread in without constantly watching how much I'm eating of it.
