I'm in a similar predicament. I got my test checked and its 770ng/dL, so low test definitely isnt the issue (for me).

I've been trying to do 90 day no fap/no porn for a while. I reckon porn is part of the problem, but not all of it. Seeing mild improvements and currently about halfway through. Hoping to make it the 90 days and fix this shit.
