I did no-fap for 3 weeks and caved, the only thing I noticed is I got really DEPRESSED and robotic. I remember not getting horny at all though, like my sex drive sank like a ship when I started no-fap.

Honestly I just didn't like the feeling when I was on no-fap, I was even more depressed and I hated not being able to fap or have any kind of sexual release, especially when I fap like 1-2 times a day. It is a drug though.

i did nofap for about 6 weeks and honestly that shit was not worth it. Men get primitive, period.
