Sweet potato with chipotle beans and mozzarella. Was good. There's this healthy fast food place which details all calorie counts and macros. I know they'll probably be out by a bit but I can make good choices there for a treat.

On another topic, I'm breaking the bank and getting invisalign as my teeth are making me feel self conscious. They've shifted since my wisdoms came through. all of those things can be turned into "diet friendly" foods dude. they even sell mini pizzas that are frozen and are around 300 cals. chocolate protein shakes, or even a cup of chocolate cashew milk. potato chips are gross but just buy a white potato and slice it into fries and bake them without oil or just a spray of the non stick stuff.

How goes the plan /fat/?
I started 8 days ago. Was 256lbs and now 250lbs. I realize it was mostly water weight, but I'm still happy with my start.

Here is the lifting pic, but I've also been doing the exercise bike. 10 min warmups on lifting days and at least a half hour on non-workout days.

Yeah that's a classic hard cut and binge if I ever saw it. You have to increase your daily calories. Go for 1500 a day then see if the cravings go down. Cause with those binges you are averaging like 2300 a day.

? It's pretty straightforward, eating an extreme calorie deficit or fasting will only bite you in the butt later. You may think that there's no chance of a binge after the fasting, or that you'll be fine with the low calories, but it builds a sub-conscious pressure on you to binge after a certain period. Anywhere from months to years after the fact, the undereating's effect will be back.

I weigh before, since the weight afterwards depends on how long you cook it for and can vary. If you have a before raw weight, the cooked weight would be different than the cooked weight if you had cooked it for 10mins more since it's losing more water weight.

Just make sure if you're weighing raw, you're logging raw. Once you've done it once it'd be there for next time.

theses recent days i started going to the gym 3 times a week, by doing some 3/4 cycles of tabata on my own and finishing with some workout.
the first seances i got some horrible soreness, and now i'm not getting any of them, it's maybe a stupid question but in my situation should i have them more often after each seance ? knowing the fact that i was super athletics in high school ( playing basket ball in a club since 6 and stopped at the age of 18 )
Also i don't really like cardio and i love lifting weight, any program or exercises do you recommend for me guys ?

I look at my intermittent fasting as an exercise in discipline. I would never do it for an extended period but it sure feels great to successfully complete a fast. If you have real and substantial problems controlling how much you eat like I do it's worth exploring for a day.

I used to weight 240 lbs. I have come down to below 190 lbs. I didn't exercise, nor did I really change my eating habits. All I did was replace my coffee, tea, and soda with diet soda.

It helps when you "miss" meals and don't "make up" for it. Just try to avoid the high calorie foods from time to time and the weight will come down.

I will say that what I did didn't really make me healthy.

When I eat shit, I don't freak out. I don't obsess over every last calorie- I counted calories for like 2 weeks into my diet, I could judge from there. I was losing weight much more when I was counting yeah, but this is much less stressful. I don't each much, I push through the stomach pangs. JUST LISTEN TO THESE GUYS.

Lentils don't taste much different than beans, maybe more savory I guess. They're boring plain but they take seasoning well. I like to cook them, throw them in the blender, and then dump curry powder and salt and pepper on 'em. Kind of like a curry flavored bean dip.

So I broke a bit today, ate upwards of 600-700 calories. Simply had an apple, a can of chicken broth (20 cal)...then I saw some sausage in the freezer and couldn't help myself. Cooked up some brown rice, cut the sausage into bits and fried them up dark and tossed some of the brown rice with the sausage like a stir fry. It was so nice to eat meat again.

If I don't suck, I'll try to continue following a normal diet but if not, back to full-fledged fasting...

Calorie counting and eating tiny portions just leaves me constantly hungry. Fasting can help with re-setting the digestive system and shrinking the stomach, and the amount of satisfaction I felt from a small bowl of rice and sausage bits is a real eye-opener. However, I have to run with it and not start stuffing my face again, making my stomach revert.

I have prebeetus but I'm still at risk if I don't take care of myself.
I started eating oatmeal for breakfast.
For lunch, I eat organic turkey slices on ezekiel sandwich bread.
And for dinner, I eat leftovers of what my mom makes.
Previously, I would eat out and ignore my mom's dinners.

I lost like 30 pounds in about a month and a half.
Of course, I did cardio every day and JUST started lifting weights after a hiatus.
