We have an insane gym culture, at least here in Copenhagen.

Gyms are packed everyday, everyone trying to make it.

you win some and lose some being fit in today's day and age, by win I mean you are in a healthier, at minimum, slightly more attractive minority, and I have found that lifting and other lifters are usually more confident and energetic making a more productive worker and member of society. By losing I mean that your standards for your SO increase, and as the public gets fatter and fatter it'll be harder to find someone that you can tell yourself that you didn't "settle" for. That and I feel so much more disgusted in other people's behavior now.
