Well, just buy some whole wheat macaroni, cook them, add olive oil, tuna, tomatoes and olives. There you go. A bit low on protein for my tastes given your TDEE, but it's your choice.

Lol, you need more protein than that if you're hoping to keep your muscle mass. Aim for at least 150g.
I like using boiled egg, smoked ham and tomatoes
