Thats a really big presumption. OP I had really wide hips before I started working out. Not as wide, but close. Lose fat, build upper and lower back, shoulders. work on getting a v shape and your hips will only add to the asthetic. You are salvageable

Trouble is I have the same problem as OP. Massive fat deposit in the ass and sides of the hips. I know targeted weight loss is a meme but other than arm and chest day all day erry day what can I do?
