I eat tons of eggs everyday, my dad and brother too because we used lived in the farm and it became our staple. My dad is 60 and still healthy while Im 27 and still looks good so far.

My take on this is, if you're fairly active then it wont do jack shit. But Im on /fit/ so 99% isnt active
